Stop Gross Dam Expansion
Annie supported a local grassroots nonprofit to create an environmental coalition to stop the development of the largest dam in Colorado. The dam would further divert the already drought-ridden Colorado River, and would result in environmental devastation caused by the largest construction project in Boulder County history. Annie orchestrated relationships with county staff, lawyers, donors, and Boulder County residents.
DC Civic Innovation Council
The DC CIC is a council of leaders coming together from across D.C.’s 8 wards, committed to finding new ways to address and resource local solutions to this city's challenges. In order to convert the idea into a reality, they onboarded Annie who helped raise over $15,000 in seed capital, and identified, recruited, and assembled a a Steering Committee consisting of more than 20 local leaders representing all pertinent sectors. Annie was responsible for designing strategic communication materials. logos, and websites, facilitated internal and external meetings, developed the first-year strategy and created a detailed multi-year budget.

Community-Vision Partners is a Washington, DC area full-service community development and social enterprise agency, engaged in building bridges with other social entrepreneurs, investors, lenders, foundations, developers institutions, and government.
